3.Refund & Cancellation Policy
When you book our service you will have settled all the tour payment or you will at least have transferred some deposit to our account. When you suddenly have to cancel the tour with us for any reason, we cannot provide refund.
We do not include any kind of travel insurance in our service.
5.ATM services & Moneychangers
We have some ATM services and moneychangers on Flores Island. But notice since these are small local banks the exchange rate will be different. There is a better rate only in well-developed touristic areas like Jakarta, Bali and Yogyakarta. That is why it is better for you to change your money there and bring some IDR cash to our region. Credit cards are accepted in some hotels, restaurants and mini markets.
6.Things to bring with
Enough cash (IDR) for personal expenses (see 5. ATM services & Moneychangers), trekking/walking shoes (good resistance, especially in rainy season), sandals, trousers, sweaters, jackets, raincoat, sun glasses, sun hat, sun blocker, towel, snorkel gear, swimming suit, sleeping bag for the village tour program (if you sleep in the village), portable flash light, camera, mosquito spray, strong malaria prevention kit, first aid box and other important things which are not mentioned here (like passport, flight tickets etc.).
